Cyrus Donato, Tacoma Port Commissioner, Position 4

Cyrus Donato is a United States Coast Guard Reserve Officer who’s running for Tacoma Port Commissioner to help grow the Port, create high quality jobs, and modernize infrastructure. Cyrus will be a responsible partner to labor, the environment, and the people of Pierce County and he’s committed to climate solutions that directly reduce emissions, strengthen community resilience, and advance environmental justice. Cyrus Donato also supports investments in shoreline restoration, stormwater management, and green infrastructure that protect ecosystems while reducing climate risk.



Important Dates

October 17: Start of 18-day voting period (through Election Day). Ballots are mailed out and Accessible Voting Units (AVUs) are available at voting centers.

October 27: Online and mail registrations must be received 8 days before Election Day. Register to vote in person during business hours and any time before 8:00 p.m. on Election Day.

November 4: General Election – Deposit your ballot in an official drop box by 8 p.m. on Election Day. Deadline for Washington State voter registration or updates (in person only).
