Return your ballot during the FIRST WEEK you receive it. Federal actions risk invalidating 15-20% of returned ballots. Early voting protects your vote from mail delays, legal challenges, and last-minute confusion.Â

Return your ballot to an official ballot drop box at least one week before Election Day instead of mailing it. Drop boxes are secure, convenient, and eliminate concerns about postal delays.

August 4 – Deadline for Washington State voter registration or updates (in person only).
