Carbon Friendly Forestry Conference 2019
The third-annual Carbon Friendly Forestry Conference brought together diverse thinkers – policy makers, academics, conservationists, tribes, forest owners, business leaders, and others – to learn about and discuss innovative strategies and opportunities for sustainable forest management that can create a stronger economy and healthier communities in the face of the climate crisis.
The morning consisted of plenary sessions and a panel. After lunch, from 1:00-4:00pm, there were three breakout sessions, and attendees chose to attend one of the two concurrent presentations in each session. The whole group reconvened for a final panel from 4:00-5:00 pm, and ended with a reception from 5:00-6:00pm.
